LTB commissioned LSJ Engineering to construct a staircase for the WeWork building in Finsbury Pavement, London. We have done a handful of jobs for LTB and WeWork – here are the others!

This job, at Finsbury Pavement in London, is one of several staircases we have supplied for LTB. LTB have the contract to refit offices for office space company WeWork. A common design feature for this client is stairs with slim steel treads, infilled with timber flooring.
We carried out the full design for this staircase with minimal information. As we have got to know our client well, however, and understand their requirements, we were confident we could produce some initial designs for development!
We had to form the void for the stair, which starts at basement and finishes on the first floor. We also designed and erected the steelwork that supported the floors once cut. The work went smoothly and we’re pleased with the finished result! What do you think of the staircase?
